Appointment Attendance Policy

Children’s health and well-being are our top priority. That’s why we want to be sure that your child comes to every scheduled appointment—so they can be healthier, happier, and the best version of themselves.

We know that life happens, and you may need to reschedule—we ask that you confirm, cancel or reschedule any appointment you can or can’t attend at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you don’t confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, we may limit the appointment dates and times available to you for scheduling. This allows us to offer that appointment to another child in need of care. If we don’t know in advance, we can’t help another child during that time.
