Once a referral has been completed by one of our providers, you will be contracted to schedule your appointment. Since our surgery teams travel to our practices at different locations, we are limited in the days available fir surgery at each practice during the month.

For us to be successful, we ask that you see this service as important as we do. We have a strict cancellation, rescheduling policy. You will be granted one reschedule opportunity when calling 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hours may result in being referred out.

We do not support any NO CALL, NO SHOW. If you do not present to your child's appointment day of surgery, we will provide an external referral out with no opportunity to reschedule.
