Medi-Cal & Accepted Insurance in California
Our goal is to expand access to quality dental and orthodontic care to all children in California. That is why we welcome Medi-Cal and most insurance plans and dedicate time to educate parents about the importance of regular care. Medi-Cal
Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid program, covers an array of pediatric dental services, encompassing regular cleanings, check-ups, fluoride applications, dental sealants, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other essential treatments. Medi-Cal recipients are exempt from copayments and premiums for children’s dental healthcare, making it easier for parents to get the necessary dental care for their children.
For children diagnosed with malocclusion issues such as overbite, underbite, crossbite, or severe crowding, Medicaid extends coverage for orthodontic treatment expenses. Upon undergoing an orthodontic assessment, we assess whether or not Med-Cal will cover the treatment. Additionally, we will manage the entire approval process on your child’s behalf.
